The M1903 Springfield, officially the U.S. Rifle, Caliber .30, M1903, is a five-round, bolt-action, magazine-fed rifle that served as a primary U.S. military weapon in the early 20th century. First used in combat during the Philippine–American War, it was officially adopted as the standard infantry rifle on June 19, 1903. The M1903 saw extensive service in World War I and was gradually replaced by the semi-automatic, eight-round M1 Garand starting in 1936. However, due to shortages, it remained in frontline use during World War II. It also served as a sniper rifle in World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. Today, it remains popular among collectors, competitive shooters, and military drill teams. Own a real piece of history before they are all gone !
