Dropship Terms and Conditions
Special Requests Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate special requests for Dropship fulfillment orders because these items ship directly from our distribution facility. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding.
Changes to Orders Because Dropship orders are processed and shipped rapidly, we cannot make changes or modifications once an order is placed.
Cancellations If you need to cancel an order after placing it, please be aware that cancellation fees will apply. Because we process and ship orders quickly we cannot guarantee that we can process your cancellation request. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your order carefully before clicking “Submit.” Cancelled orders will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.We cannot cancel any orders once they have shipped from the Dropship warehouse.
Shipping Once shipped, we cannot return to sender (RTS), reroute orders, alter any part of the shipment, or offer special requests. Items placed in an order may be shipped form multiple fulfillment warehouses. Because of this some items may be shipped to the FFL or the provided customer shipping address. You will be provided tracking for each shipment.
Compliance We’re sorry, but we cannot accommodate compliance parts or alteration requests for these items, as they ship directly from our supplier’s warehouse.
Layaway Sorry drop ship orders are not eligible for the Atlantic Firearms in-house layaway program. We do offer the popular Credova Financing program as an option to consider!
Returns Please carefully inspect your firearm before accepting the transfer from your FFL dealer. Once a firearm has been transferred to you by your FFL, we are unable to accept returns.For items covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, warranty service and returns must be handled directly with the manufacturer. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to inspect your firearm carefully before completing the transfer. Any unapproved returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Refunds If a refund is authorized Atlantic will process it back to the original card used to place the order. Refunds are normally processed within 2- 3 business days after a return has been received at our warehouse and inspected.
Signature Required Deliveries All rifle, shotgun, and ammunition orders are shipped signature required (no PO Box addresses please). All Firearm and Optic/Scope orders will require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you follow the tracking and are available to sign for and accept the delivery.
Firearms Transfer policy Please inspect your firearm PRIOR to making the transfer.If there are any issues let us know via email before transfer. Once the item has been transferred we are not able to accept a return and all issues will need to be remedied by the manufacturer.
Warranty & Parts Firearms sold by Atlantic Firearms are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Atlantic does not provide warranty, gunsmithing, technical services or parts. New firearms/products are warranted by the manufacturer and product returns/repairs should be arranged directly with the manufacturer.
Deliveries Not Completed If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or refuses the package, the order will be subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees. We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information and making any necessary arrangements to ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Should the incorrect item arrive If the order arrives and is not correct please email us with your name, order number and what the issue may be. An Atlantic customer service person will respond quickly to you M-F 8:00 am - 3:30 pm eastern time.

Because supplier prices and inventory can change, our product prices may occasionally go up or down throughout the day as we adjust to the best available supplier The good news is that your price is locked in when you place your order. Once your order is submitted, the price you paid will not change—even if the supplier’s price changes afterward. This allows us to provide you with competitive pricing while ensuring you always know exactly what you’ll pay at checkout. Prices are subject to change for any reason at any time.
