Surplus Colt M16A1 parts kits chambered in 5.56×45mm NATO / .223 Remington. The kits include original M16A1 upper receivers with intact 20‑inch “pencil” barrels marked “C MP Chrome Bore,” indicating Colt manufacture and chrome‑lined bores that were magnetic particle inspected. They also come with “C” marked Colt bolt carrier groups, “MPC” marked bolts, charging handles, and upper receivers with Harvey Anchor forge markings and teardrop‑style forward assists. Additional parts include triangle handguards, original fixed buttstocks with buttplates, OEM Colt full‑auto trigger components, and original cut receiver stubs marked AR‑15, M16, or M16A1. The kits have been de‑milled according to ATF specifications, and they are rated in NRA “Fair” surplus condition, so parts may show wear, paint markings, cracks, missing pieces, bent or missing dust covers, and other signs of heavy use typical of military surplus.
