AK Folder CA Fixed Stock Modification
This Item can NOT be added to any side folding firearm, the firearm MUST be listed in the CA legal section and noted in the item listing that it is available for CA purchase.
California customers, we will be glad to fix the side folder or under-folder stock into the Fixed Open position. This will keep the rifle at the required legal length for shipment to California. This will be achieved by inserting a bushing or pipe clamp internally & will prevent the folder from actuating. The modification is not permanent and if you were to move out of the state of CA you could return the rifle to a working folder. You will need to purchase this option and a AK47 Grip wrap that makes your rifle so it can be legally shipped to your dealer. Please make sure you have clearly spoken with your FFL transfer dealer about this modification of the folder stock to make sure they are comfortable. Any returns because of FFL issues will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
This option is not available for use on Folding Arsenal SAM 7 series Or the Arsenal SLR series.
