This Sporting Rifle is gas-operated and can only be fired in semi-auto mode. All metal parts are made from high-quality, alloyed steels. The receiver is made from one solid-piece of steel block & the barrel is Hammer Forged & Chrome lined. Modular Muzzle Device ships with Muzzle-Bushing. This can be removed by gunsmith and changed to provide extra SVD style flash hider by the 5/8x24 thread. The classic Dragunov style stock set is made out of high quality walnut with a pickled-protected finish. Blem Model-Small Blemishes in the wood.(see Pictures)
FEG Vedelmi Rendszerek Zrt developed, manufactured, and assembled the product model. (FEG Defense Systems CJSC), Hungary, as a Dedicated Sporting Rifle. This was in accordance with the Gun Control Act's importation guidelines. The Application and Permit to Import Firearms was received by the HD-18 and was approved by the U.S. Department of Justice Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearm and Explosives. The Hungarian Civilian Small Arms and Ammunition Testing Facility ("PKLV") certified our FEG product in compliance with C.I.P. specification.

AK47 rifle specifications will vary from rifle to rifle and fitting may be required on stock set parts. This can normally be easily done with a file or dremel tool. You will need to pre drill small pilot holes in the stock set before installing screws. Failure to do so may result in splitting and would void warranty. Any returns must be in original unmodified condition as shipped to you with all original packaging. Wood is a natural product, depth of color, darkness of color and wood grain may vary from set to set. There may be minor cosmetic imperfections to the wood surface.
