New Jersey Legal AK Rifle. This rifle is made for Atlantic Firearms by Riley Defense & is their poly stock version of the classic AK-47 rifle in semi automatic. These rifles are New Jersey legal because they do not have >> Bayonet lugs, Threaded barrels and shipped with a 10 round mag. Chambered in 7.62x39 caliber each of the rifles is custom hand built and finished and the attention to detail. Each rifle comes complete with one 10 round mag and includes an integrated scope rail . Each rifle comes with scope mount rail on the left side of the receiver, an extend mag release, and a bolt hold open safety. It measures 35.25” in overall length. Rifle carries a 2 year warranty from Riley Defense. Please make sure you have spoken to you FFL transfer dealer before placing the order and clearly discussed we will be sending then to avoid any potential transfer issues. If the mag that comes with the firearm is not legal in your state or city the magazine will be removed from the shipment. We do not offer custom magazine requests to swap out, ship to another state, refund, pinning of mag, substitutions, dealer approval or other. Hopefully we will see changes to these laws and violations to our second amendment rights. We apologize for this but we simply cannot accommodate each and every magazine request with over 30 different laws, regulations and restrictions impacting states, cities and local jurisdictions throughout the country.
