The Heckler & Koch HK416 is a 5.56×45mm NATO assault rifle developed by the German manufacturer Heckler & Koch. While derived from the M4/M16 platform, it incorporates a proprietary short-stroke gas piston system adapted from the G36, enhancing reliability and operational performance. The HK416 has been widely adopted by military organizations and elite special operations units across the globe.
These are authentic HK416 complete upper receiver assemblies sourced from law-enforcement trade-in surplus. They feature a 10.4-inch cold hammer-forged heavy barrel with SOCOM-style lightening cuts and a 1:7 twist rate. The system utilizes Heckler & Koch’s gas-operated, short-stroke piston mechanism, with the serial number located on the underside of the receiver.
Additional components include a 9-inch free-float rail system, a non-vented HK gas block appropriate for 10-inch barrels, and a full-length Picatinny top rail. The upper comes complete with the original HK-marked bolt carrier group and charging handle. The extractor is also cold hammer-forged for enhanced durability.
Condition is rated Very Good (NRA), with expected signs of wear consistent with previous police service.
