Guard Dog Armor Ridgeback Level IV+ Ceramic Plates. These pair of 10"x12" plates are level IV+ ceramic multi curve plates to fit comfortably on the body inside of your carrier. These stand-alone plates contain four layers of front facing Aramid fibers and rear facing trauma pad and are Level IV+ 0101.06 NIJ tested stopping multiple rounds of .30 caliber armor-piercing (AP) bullets at 2800 ft/s (U.S. Military designation M2 AP). Plate size is 9.85"x 11.8x 1.06". These plates provide maximum coverage with UHMWPE and ceramic tiling covering the full face of the plate. Testing by the United States National Testing System shows that this plate still performs at maximum levels following weighted drops on concrete.
