AK 47 Rifle MD65 Honey Brown TAC was constructed with an original military surplus Romanian AK47 parts kit, and just enough US-made components to make it 922-R compliant including US Magazine. Barrels are high-quality and very accurate, having been 4150 Nitride treated. Side rails are available for attaching an Optic or a scope mount to the rifle. We have also added a Honey Brown laminate stock and ventilated upper guard for a unique look. To provide maximum protection, these guns have a Teflon black top coat and a high-quality manganesephosphate base. Includes 1 -30-round mag. Every gun has been thoroughly tested for reliability, function, and comes with a Atlantic Arms MFG warranty of one year.
In the 1960s, the Romanian Army used PPSh-41 and Orita Submachine Guns. They also imported a AK47 Rifle. Soviet Union required that every Warsaw Pact country produce its 7.62mm assault rifles. The Type 4 AKM receiver was stamped. The Romanian State Arsenal made an AKM clone that had a forward-pointing front grip, which was molded into the lower guard. This is the Pistol Mitraliera63.
