Made with 100% new parts, it features a Bulgarian hot die forged receiver and bolt carrier as well as a 16 inch cold hammer forged barrel that was sourced directly from Arsenal's Bulgarian plant. Forging the blank for the forged receiver takes over 5.5 hours before it can be assembled. The forging and milling of the receiver blank is a time-consuming and complex process. The long process is worth it though because Arsenal's unrivaled attention to detail ensures a receiver that is top-of-the-mountain in strength, precision, and durability. The rifle has a trap door buttstock of intermediate length, a 14x1LH threaded bar with a AK-351 Muzzle Brake, FIME Enhanced Fire Control Group, and a scope rail to allow you to use your favorite optic.
