For those of you in Restricted States : The PRO X is a semi auto shotgun and does not have a detachable mag, Pistol grip or Folding stock installed on the gun so it should be 50 state legal. The larger magazine Tube may be restricted in Colorado. We will be glad to ship any firearm to any FFL dealer that is willing to accept the order.
