The Italian made Vetterli Model 1870/87/15 bolt action rifle was produced from 1869-1892 and had a near 70 year service life. The overall condition is poor and is missing the rear sight assembly along with some small parts. The stocks may be cracked chipped or repaired. No mag, cleaning rod or rear sight. Heavy rust and pitting is presant on all metal parts including the barrel and bolt assembly. This firearm bay also be missing other small parts along with the front sight and and sling swivels. Please have this firearm inspected and repaired by a licensed gunsmith prior to use. Antique no FFL required.
