AK 47 SBR Do it Yourself kit has most of the hard work done for you, all you need is to add the receiver and finishing touches! The AK47 SBR Barreled DIY Kit is a great way to save money and customize your rifle build with the furniture and metal finish of your choice. To bring this to you, Atlantic Arms MFG starts off with a Romanian MD63 military surplus parts kit and they install a JMac Customs 14.5" 4150 CMV nitrided barrel(U.S. manufactured part) and a JMac Customs GBC-13(U.S. manufactured part) with  detent, one piece gas block sight combo. Each kit is then head spaced and checked for proper alignment. The metal surfaces will need to be refinished and may show marks and scratches from the build process. Large portion of the parts used in the build are Original Romanian import. So please be aware of this and make certain your rifle is 922R compliant during the final build process. You will need to purchase a receiver and furniture set separately to complete this build. 

This kit is ideally set up for those who want to build a Short Barreled Rifle(SBR, and all NFA rules apply) or, a Full Size Rifle by permanently attaching a JMac Customs RRD4-C Slim(not included). These JMac Customs 14.5" barrels are also concentric so they are perfect to mount a suppressor on. Since this is not a completed firearm this can ship directly to you without an FFL Transfer being required. Shipping will be $15.00 in the lower 48 states signature required for delivery.

During your final build process it is highly recommended that you check your head space with a gauge before final assembly or test firing. The DIY Kit comes only with the parts shown in the pictures, no other parts are included. You will need to purchase a receiver and furniture set separately to complete this build.
