This AR-15 upper assembly is made from the highest quality material found in the AR world, the rails is engineered and manufactured in Germany and the rest of the components are made in the USA! This upper is assembled in Charleston, SC by CBC Industries, a company synonymous with high-quality material, meticulous workmanship & incredible prices.

The flat top M4 Mil-Spec upper receiver are forged CNC Machined from 7075-T6 Aluminum, the hardest and most durable material of any upper! To ensure even more strength they are Mil-Spec Type 3 hard coat anodized in rugged black.  These are heavy barreled uppers.

 This Classic SBR features a 10.5” 5.56 barrel made of the best barrel material known to man, 4150 Chrome Molly steel! This SBR has a 1:9 twist rate, carbine gas system and head spaced twice from the US manufacturer. They are properly head spaced once before installing the barrel extension and again after torqueing. This barrel is incredible accurate and durable, the strength comes from the 4150 CM steel and the Nitride coating! Nitride is phasing out chrome lined because it is more accurate, less expensive and better for the environment.

 The rail is engineered and manufactured in Germany. The 9” Hera IRS Quad Float rail’s design is a classic picatinny handguard. It is made from Airplane grade Aluminum, extruded with the most accurate machines in Germany and CNC milled with computer accuracy! The rails are then hard coat anodized to improve the strength and durability! The rail is attached to its own barrel nut by clamp mounting with 3 screws. To top it off, Hera’s “Anti-Turning Milling” eliminates turning of the rail so your scope is always zeroed in!

What sets these apart from the rest is CBC uses a lapping tool that is coated with a compound and attached to a standard drill for approximately 10 minutes, taking the natural beveled edge and flatting the surface.  Blue Loctite is then placed on the barrel extension and spread evenly on the extension.  The barrel and receiver are then placed together and the barrel nut is torqued on. It is then left on a flat surface for 24 hours to allow the liquid to cure.  This unique process takes the beveled receiver end and flattens it so it becomes more flush with the barrel nut ring.  This ensures a more accurate alignment, in turn making a more accurate shot.
