If paying via certified check or money order, please fill out the online order form in step 3 and then mail the form in with your payment.

Payment Options: certified check, or money order. No personal , company checks or COD's. Website pricing is for cash or certified fund transactions. VISA & MASTERCARD add 3% to total sale. For credit card payments please use the secure payment link .Enter in the amount of the sale including shipping , this will advance you on to the order screen , place the order and charge your card. A email receipt will be automatically sent to your email address.

Deposits On out of stock items & orders we will normally require a $100 deposit the balance will be due once the item is in stock & ready to ship.

Shipping is $20 per rifle in the lower 48 states via Fedex Ground only. Hawaii & Alaska shipping $65.00, We do not ship to P.O. Boxes . Prices on web site do not include shipping, you will need to add the ship cost to the base price of the item for your total .

All items are shipped , you can not pick up your order, .
There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside of Maryland.
A 6% sales tax will apply to all Maryland sales.

No Hi capacity magazine shipments to restricted states .

Contact your FFL Dealer to Arrange Firearm Transfer.
This is not necessary for magazine & accessories orders. We can ship directly to you. No FFL Dealer would be necessary.

The firearm order will ship to ffl dealer in your area , they will do the background check and then transfer the item over to you. You will need to verify with the FFL that the item you are buying is legal for you to own and discuss them doing the transfer for you .For more info on FFL Dealers read the Other Helpful FFL info below the Firearms Transfer Form.

Please fill out the Firearms Transfer Form & give it to the the FFL Transfer Dealer ask them to either Fax, Email or Mail us a signed copy of their license & the order form.

Your FFL must include a copy of our FIREARMS TRANSFER FORM with their FFL this allows us to identify who & what the incoming FFL is for and process the shipment .

If we do not get the Firearms Transfer Form or your name, exact item ordered and phone number with the faxed FFL we will not ship the order !
No excuses, no blaming it on someone else or the ffl dealer , just please follow these directions so we can quickly & smoothly process the order.

If you have a problem getting the Firearms Transfer Form to the FFL or do not have a printer, please have them include Your Full name , phone number & the Exact item you are ordering on the FFL, they must include all the exact info as listed above .

Other Helpful FFL Info

Locate an FFL dealer. A Federal Firearms License holder is needed to transfer ownership of most types of firearms. They will receive the firearms that you order, perform the background check & legally transfer the item to you.

Some common examples of an FFL dealer are gun stores, gunsmiths, pawnshops and shooting ranges. You are also welcome to use our FFL locator link on the left side of this page these dealers will assist in your transfer but are not on file with us and will have to send a copy of their license.

Once you have located an FFL dealer to process your transfer, inform the dealer of the type of firearm you are looking for to make sure it is legal in your area and ask what the fee is for his involvement. Fees vary, so you may want to shop around to different dealers for the best price the national average is $25-$40

Once Atlantic Firearms, LLC. receives your Payment ,FFL & Firearms Transfer Form it usually takes us 2-4 business days to process and ship your order via Fedex Ground. Excluding weekends, Holidays and unforeseen circumstances out of our control.

Due to time constraints we do not email updates on payments received or outgoing shipments however you are welcome to fill out our "Check Order Status" form for a progress update .Once the order has been boxed we will email tracking info from the Fedex web site . Please do not call for tracking numbers.
