Online ordering
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for any reason. By submitting an order online, you affirm that all information is true, accurate and complete and your online order submissions conform to our Terms of Sale and meet all delivery, payment and security requirements.

Delivery area and requirements

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Online ordering is available on orders shipped within the United States of America only.

Orders received after 5:00 PM Eastern from Monday through Friday will be shipped the next business day unless that day is a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, in which case they will be shipped on the next business day.

If shipping to a Post Office Box ( PO Box) the following service conversion will apply.

Ground - will be substituted with regular US Mail Service.
2nd Day Air - will be substituted with Priority US Mail Service.
Next Day Air - will be substituted with Express US Mail Service.

Merchandise that is lost, damaged or misplaced while in transit is the responsibility of the purchaser. We assume no liability for merchandise that is in transit.

Force Majeure
LandAirSea, Inc. shall not be liable for Service interruptions, delays, failures to perform, damages, losses or destruction, or the malfunction of any service or any consequence thereof caused or occasioned by, or due to fire, flood, water, the elements, acts of God, war and threat of imminent war, labor disputes or shortages, utility curtailments, power failures, explosions, civil disturbances, governmental actions, shortages of equipment or supplies, unavailability of transportation, acts or omissions of third parties, or any other cause beyond the affected party’s reasonable control. LandAirSea, Inc. shall exercise good faith efforts to remedy any such cause of delay or cause preventing performance.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone for any reason. LandAirSea, Inc. cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other Local, State and Federal Government Agencies and some third parties in order to enforce laws, fight fraud and for other legal issues. Therefore, in response to a verified request by law enforcement or other government officials relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose your name, city, state, telephone number, email address and any other information obtained during our mutual relationship.

Payment
 

Visa, MasterCard, American Express

Your billing address is required to place an order. It will be checked with the issuing bank. We only ship to the billing address of the cardholder unless the shipping address is listed with the credit provider. Orders cancelled for any reason will be subject to a 25% fee.


Automated Online Credit Card Processing may DECLINE your order for the following reasons:

  • Funds are not available at the time the transaction is attempted.
  • The Account Number is incorrect.
  • The Expiration Date is incorrect.
  • The Card Code Verification (CCV) Number does not match the code on the credit card.
  • The Address Verification System (AVS) cannot match the billing address and zip code as listed with your Credit Provider.
  • The Credit Provider does not participate in electronic CCV or AVS.
  • The Credit Card has been issued outside the United States from a non-US Financial Institution.
Other Forms of Payment 
 

Company Check, Money Order, Cashiers Checks

  • Orders placed with a Company Check will be shipped only to the preprinted address on the company check presented.
  • Orders placed with a Money Order and Cashier’s Check will be shipped to the address provided on the (ship to) section of the order form.
  • All checks require 15 working days to clear and no product will be shipped until funds are secured.
  • Returned checks are subject to a NSF fee of $25.00 or 5%, whichever is greater.
  • The Buyer assumes any and all expenses legal and/or otherwise associated in recovery of funds (i.e., NSF, Account Closed, or Payment Stopped, in the above payment methods.

Return Policy

All products are special order by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations. We may, at our discretion, agree to allow an order to be cancelled for a fee of 25% provided the product has not been shipped.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No funds will be returned.
  • Any return for repair or exchange must be authorized by a representative of LAS Under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise.
  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions must be obtained from LAS
  • No discontinued and/or discounted and/or special bundled item order may be returned.

Purchaser is responsible for any return postage, tracking, and insurance for anything returned to any of our facilities.

Merchandise that is lost, damaged or misplaced while in transit is the responsibility of the purchaser. We assume no liability for merchandise that is in transit.

We recommend any returns be assigned a tracking number and sufficient insurance by the purchaser or his/her delivery agent.

NOTE:
Unauthorized returns will be shipped back to the purchaser at his or her expense. Such unauthorized returns may be subject a storage fee of $3.00 per day until return postage can arranged by the purchaser. Return postage fees must include shipping, handling, tracking, and insurance. Accepted forms of payment for return postage are either Cashier’s Check or Money Order. We will not accept credit cards for return shipping on unauthorized merchandise returns. Unauthorized returns will be donated to charity if storage fees exceed the purchase totals.

 Legal Status of Products

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ascertain and comply with all applicable Local, State, and Federal laws in regard to the possession and use of any items purchased. Please consult with an attorney regarding such laws before placing an order.

By placing an order, the Buyer represents that he or she is of legal age and agrees to use the product only in a lawful manner.

Under NO circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall LandAirSea, Inc., be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of use, misuse, or inability to use, services purchased from this site.

Miscellaneous 

If for any reason a product should be out of stock a refund will be issued if funds have been captured.

In the event an order is placed and cannot be shipped because the ship to information provided is not listed with the credit card issuer, we will refund 75% of the sale price and return the product to inventory. The remaining 25% is a fee to cover the expenses associated with replacing, tracking, logging, and administrative costs associated with placing the product back into inventory.

Prices are subject to change.

We assume no liability associated with product usage.

The buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind, arising from the use or misuse of these products.

By placing an order, the buyer signifies agreement to these Terms of Sale.

In the event that a dispute is issued for any transaction the card holder or individual submitting the order will be liable for but not be limited to any and all costs, fees, civil, legal, and administrative to settle such dispute. If an order placed with a credit card is disputed and over turned by the credit issuer we will seek collections by other means afforded to us in the state of Florida, County of Okaloosa or any district selected by Atlantic Firearms Such costs will be added to the settlement amount and will be the sole responsibility of the card holder or individual placing order. Such actions if deemed necessary may result in a judgment and/or adversely effect the card holders credit rating. Atlantic Firearms will not be liable for any additional costs or fees.
